Please refer to each individual listing for estimated ship times. as most ites are made to order - We ask that you please allow 1 week for these pieces to be handmade with care in Hong Kong Studio. Once your purchase is on its way you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number included.

We cannot responsible for lost and stolen packages. 

For our international customers, note that the cost of the shipping does not include international duties. Duties will be collected by DHL upon delivery.
